Information you share

• Newsletter: the name and email address you enter in our signup form, together with subscription and consent records maintained by our email service.
• Directory applications: business name, contact name, category, state and service areas, description, email, phone, website, Google Business Profile link, uploaded photo or logo, application reference, submission date and review status.
• Messages: your contact information and anything you include when you email us.

Please submit only information and images you are authorized to share. Do not include sensitive personal information, such as identification numbers or financial account details.

How we use information

We use newsletter details to send the emails you request and manage your subscription. We use application details to review businesses, contact applicants, maintain directory listings and respond to corrections or removal requests. We also use information as needed to operate the site, address technical problems and protect against misuse.

Applying to the Directory does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter. After submitting your application, you can separately subscribe through the Flodesk form for our newsletter and provider interview opportunities. Flodesk collects the information you enter and manages your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What appears in the Directory

Only approved listings appear in the Directory. An approved listing displays the business name, category, service areas, description, phone number, website and Google Business Profile links, and submitted image. These details are intended to be public once the website is open to visitors.

Your application contact name and email are kept out of the public listing and used for administration and review, and newsletter delivery if you opt in. If you include personal information in your business description, image or other public fields, visitors will be able to see it.

Declining or hiding a listing removes it from the Directory; it does not delete the underlying application. Contact us to request deletion.

Services that help run this website

We use Flodesk to collect newsletter signups, manage subscribers and deliver emails. We use Resend to send directory application alerts and provider welcome emails after approval. Resend processes the provider contact name, email address, and business name for these emails. Email engagement information, such as opens and link clicks, may be collected through Flodesk. Our hosting and storage providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process information needed to deliver the website and store vendor applications and images.

These services may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request times and pages requested. Where sign-in is required, the hosting service supplies account identity information to control access to private areas, including the vendor review page.

Videos, cookies and external links

We embed YouTube videos using its privacy-enhanced player. Loading or playing embedded content can still involve communication with the provider and collection of technical information. YouTube may use cookies or similar technology when you interact with its services. See Google’s privacy policy.

Hosting, sign-in and embedded form services may also use cookies or similar technologies to provide their features. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect forms, sign-in or videos. Links to social networks, vendor websites and our real estate website take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared with service providers as needed for the functions described above, and approved listing details are shared with Directory visitors. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect rights and safety.

Subscriber information remains in our email service while your subscription is managed; an unsubscribe record may remain to honor your choice. Directory applications and images remain stored for review and listing administration, including after a listing is declined. There is currently no automatic application-expiration schedule. You may request removal using the contact details below; some records may need to be retained for legal, security or unsubscribe purposes.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. To request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided—or to remove a Directory listing—email faith@faithjames.com. Include the relevant business name or subscription email and, if available, your application reference. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable privacy rights vary by location.

Security and children’s information

Private review tools restrict access to the site owner. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.
